Enterprise Technology & AI Strategy

Christopher Booth is a Chief Technology Officer with more than thirty years of turning enterprise technology into measurable business value. His career spans government, professional services, financial services, retail, hospitality and travel, including global organisations operating across more than 30 countries.

Christopher previously served as a government Chief Technology Officer in the UAE. His career is built on a ten-year foundation at PwC, with senior leadership roles at Odgers, Starbucks EMEA and Bupa, where he led global transformation programmes including running AI Labs.

The practice combines formal AI credentials from Oxford Saïd Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management with professional AI governance certifications — Certified AI Professional (CAIP), Certified AI Auditor (CAIA) and Certified AI Ethicist (CAIE) — alongside hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools and agentic systems.

A four-time CIO 100 and IT Leaders 100 winner (UK). British national; UAE resident.

Jeremy Stevenson

AI Strategy and Product Development

Jeremy Stevenson brings a decade of investment banking experience gained advising the trading floors of Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan across Hong Kong and London — first-hand fluency in how the world’s leading financial institutions actually operate, decide and take risk, which sits directly behind CB AI Consultancy’s ability to speak credibly to enterprise and financial-services clients evaluating AI investment.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) — a rigorous grounding in financial discipline, governance and due diligence that carries directly into how AI initiatives are scoped, costed and justified to a board. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Economics & Finance from the University of Manchester.

Since leaving banking, Jeremy has built and run his own real estate investment ventures — from flipping residential property in Central London to advising international investors on acquisitions in Tulum, Mexico — bringing an entrepreneur’s practical, outcome-first instincts alongside the credibility of a genuine blue-chip banking pedigree.

Eric Meulien is a senior consultant with over 30 years of international experience across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. He has driven digital transformation for leading retail organisations, overseeing the launch and operation of more than 100 websites alongside complex planning and logistics optimisations.

Eric possesses deep expertise across ERP, PIM, CMS, OMS, MarTech, and Business Intelligence implementations. Over the past three years, he has focused on emerging AI capabilities, specifically agentic workflows, leading key initiatives in data enrichment, AI data readiness, and data restructuring for machine-learning-based systems.

Andrey Kobilnyk

AI Product Delivery & Service Design

Andrey Kobilnyk brings more than twenty years of turning complex, high-stakes workflows into products and services that actually work in production — the practical delivery layer powering CB AI Consultancy’s strategy work. His experience includes building sovereign AI solutions for defence, government and financial services — deploying AI where security and governance are non-negotiable.

His track record is built on ten years inside UK Government Digital Service (GDS) delivery: unifying UK Border Force systems, re-evaluating electricity network operators against the UK’s Clean Power 2030 targets, simplifying Greenhouse Gas Permit management for UK environment agencies, and delivery work spanning the Cabinet Office’s EU Exit team, the Ministry of Justice, HMRC and the Home Office. Prior to this Andrey worked with marketing, e-commerce, broadcasting, publishing, telecoms and banking.

Cassie James

Philippines Development & Delivery Lead

Cassie James leads CB AI Consultancy’s Philippines-based development team, bringing direct, hands-on experience standing up and running technology delivery operations in Manila and the ability to build and customise AI solutions. She most recently served as Country Director for a specialist financial-markets technology consultancy, where she opened and led the firm’s first Asia-Pacific office supporting a 24/7 global operating model alongside teams in London, Montreal, Barcelona and New York.

Before relocating to the Philippines, Cassie was Delivery & Transformation Manager in the UK, working across bespoke, high-performance trading technology built for investment banks, investment managers, fintechs and capital-markets clients.
